Visa Classic Credit Card

Its extras such as Auto Rental Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Accident Insurance make this card a must-have if you travel regularly or just want a little more protection. Our great basic features are also included in Visa Gold--no annual fee, acceptance everywhere Visa credit cards are welcome, and free convenience checks at your request. Visa Checking Card

Now you can have a checkbook that fits in your wallet! Use Pro Fed's Visa Checking Card instead of a check and funds are automatically deducted from your checking account. From the grocery store to the mall to the gas station, you'll complete transactions more quickly, save money on checks, and enjoy the acceptance of Visa Checking Cards everywhere Visa debit cards are welcome (a great no-hassle way to use your checkbook when you're out of town)!

ATM Card

Pro Fed's ATM Card offers the most in freedom and security for your money. This magnetically encoded card, available to credit union members 16 and older, is used with a personal identification number to make cash withdrawals, loan payments, and balance inquiries 24 hours per day at any convenient Plus® ATM location. There is no fee for this card.

Lost or Stolen Cards

To report a lost or stolen Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Checking or ATM card during business hours, you need to call Pro Fed's Visa Department at 260-483-0514 ext. 12 or 800-752-4613 ext.12.

To report a lost or stolen Visa Classic, Visa Gold, or Visa Checking card after business hours, you need to call our toll-free number: 888-373-2880. The following morning you need to contact the Visa Department at 260-483-0514 ext. 12 or 800-752-4613 ext. 12 to complete a report.

To report a lost or stolen ATM card after hours, the number is 888-373-2880. You also need to call the Visa Department at 260-483-0514 ext. 12 or 800-752-4613 ext. 12 the next morning to complete a report.

It is very important that lost or stolen cards are reported immediately. Most fraud is committed within the first few hours of the theft.
