If you're on the go, but you need to check your account, just dial Touch-Tone Teller!
Like online banking, you can perform a number of transactions over the telephone. You'll receive a secure PIN with your account number and then set up your secondary access code for added security.

Visa Checking gives you the buying power of your checkbook in one convenient card. Purchases are quickly deducted from your checking account balance, just like writing a check, but you have the convenience of Visa's worldwide card payment network.

When you just can't find the right gift, ProFed has Visa gift cards. Like all Visa cards, the recipient can use anywhere Visa debit cards are welcome, including telephone and online shopping. Overdraft Options
ProFed helps cover overdrafts in two ways.
The first option is Overdraft Privilege(sm). When your checking account has non-sufficient funds (NSF), items that attempt to clear may be paid at the credit union's discretion, to a certain limit*. This saves you the hassle of returned checks from many merchants. There is a fee for Overdraft Privilege(sm). Please see our Fee Schedule for details.
The other option is automatic overdraft transfer from your savings account. With this option, items that may clear when your checking account has non-sufficient funds (NSF) will transfer over from your savings. Please see our Fee Schedule for details.
Note: Automatic transfers are limited by Federal Regulation D. Please see our Transfer Limits Disclosure for more information.
*The Overdraft Privilege(sm) courtesy limit varies per member. Some NSF items may not be paid. Failure to bring an account positive may result in termination of the service. Please refer to the Overdraft Privilege(sm) disclosure for details.

Automatic Transfers
ProFed's Share-to-Share transfer program gives you a convenient and free option for managing your money. Set up transfers to deposit to children's accounts, Christmas clubs, special savings, and our EZ Saver certificates. You can also set up automatic loan payments.

Direct Deposit / Payroll Deduction
Tired of standing in line on paydays? All ProFed accounts accept direct deposit through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments network. If your employer offers direct deposit, you can have the check sent to your ProFed account automatically and skip the line. You will still have access with your Visa Checking Card or at any ATM.
And with our Payroll Deduction program, you can tell us how much of your deposit goes into each account. It's the easy way to save.
ACH Transfers
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) network lets you set up debits from accounts at other institutions to make deposits to your ProFed accounts or to pay your ProFed loans. This free service makes it easy to take advantage of all our great products and services, even if your other institution is out of the area.
